How to book
CHOOSING THE FLAT
Once you’ve chosen the dates and seen which flats are free, click on the “Book” button of the flat you have chosen.
It will take you to the booking form.
BOOKING FORM
Fill in the form with your personal details and then enter your credit card details; click on “Continue”, check your details and book.

You will receive an automatic e-mail at the address you have given us, stating that your booking request has been received and confirmed.
If your credit card details are incorrect you will be asked to fill in a new booking form with the correct details.
When your booking is confirmed you will be charged 20% of the flat’s price.

THE VOUCHER
Once the credit card has been checked and confirmed and the 20% deposit has been charged, the booking voucher will be sent to your e-mail address. This voucher, which you must have with you when you arrive, gives the info about your booking, the mobile phone number to contact us and the time and place to give you the keys.
THE BALANCE
The balance has to be paid upon arrival.
CANCELLATION TERMS
If a customer cancels a booking, Venicestay-apartments has the right to demand the following percentage of the overall cost of the flat:
- up to 29 days prior to the date of arrival: 20%
- from 28 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival: 50%
- from 14 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival: 75%
-less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival: no refund.
